The Honest Take — What We’d Change

Mechanical disc brakes. Stopping 330 lbs of combined weight at 32 km/h demands more hand force than hydraulic disc brakes would require. On flat, dry urban terrain this is a non-issue. On a long, steep descent with two riders near the payload ceiling, hand fatigue is noticeable over time.
